Replacement for Microsoft Natural Wireless Laser Mouse 6000

Hey guys
I'm looking for a similarly ergonomical wireless mouse replacement for my Microsoft Natural Wireless Laser Mouse 6000.
Here's what it looks like:
I've had mine for about seven or eight years and I want to look around for a replacement while I'm still under no pressure to buy immediately. (I've been ignoring that little voice in my head for two months to shop around, so now seems like a good time to start!
Its ergonomics REALLY help me. However, as far as I can tell they're off the market.
Here's a similar mouse that Amazon threw up (it's successor?):

Does anyone have any hands-on (pun intended) experience with this mouse? It looks kinda sorta similar.
