IBM OS/2 2.11 & Warp 3

Hi
I am trying to NETWORK OS/2 2.11 with OS/2 warp3
I have the TCP-IP KIT for OS2 2.11
Just doesn't want to work.
Dam this is one UGLY Operating System.
Ive spoken to IBM directly and well not even they can help me.
ANYWAY
If anyone has a clue on how to network with it...PLEASE let me know.
The other thing I would like to know is it possible to Link OS2 warp3 to a Win95/98 machine
