Telkom ISP

Hi Guys
It's been a while. I hope someone can assist me. I'm looking for the contact details for Telkom ISP. All Telkom's numbers they give you to call takes you to the line departments and no one can tell me or put me through to their ISP department. They sell you the product and when you need support there is none.
I have 7 sites in SA and all my sites have the same problems. There is a give issue on the packet loss and routing of Telkom ISP. All they can do is reset the ports, they have no idea what you talking about when you say you have packet loss on hop 4 and 10. As soon as you say hop and packet they think of the lines. the lines are working.
Hopefully someone here can assist me with getting the correct contact details for Telkom ISP.
