Is there someone who can please assist me with some help regarding Facebook video chats please.
I have just installed the above mentioned webcam but the problem i am having is that i have perfect Audio and video resection but the person on the other side can only hear me and has no visuals when doing Facebook video calls but yet if i use Skype the are no audio or video problems.Can it be memory related problems as i am running windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit and have 4 meg ram installed .

Windows 7 on 4mb ram? Hell that's an achievement! But I assume you mean 4GB. Sorry not tried Facebook video but is there not a setting to test the video or choose the video source? We had a similar issue with webex, reinstalling the camera driver sorted the issue.
