Cloud streamer article info needed plz help!

Hi all,
It saddens me to read of the news that PC Format is closing down
loved the mag.
Learnt a lot from it, will be dearly missed.
Anyways, i need some help please people, their was an article in one of the mags about building your own cloud music streamer, think it was June 2013 issue if i remember correctly, saw it at a local shop and was reading a bit but cant seem to remember what the app was they used for streaming or the guide.
If someone can just link / tell me the name of the app used, or better yet link to the article perhaps or scanned document would help alot, and greatly be appreciated.
