The game is currently in its alpha stages but it is looking very good. You can pre-purchase it and get access to the alpha and beta, making you a tester and possibly on the fly feedback giver of how you find the game.
As mentioned it is a turn based strategy that resembles xcom. You train and hire spies, infiltrate buildings, steal secrets, ect. The art style is typical of Klei Entertainment and you might recognize it from their Mark of the Ninja and Don't Starve. The game will be releasing in 2014 but it might be well worth keeping an eye on this one.
