memory oc crashing games

OK so iv'e been trying to oc my sapphire hd 6670 iv'e gotten my core clock up to 900mhz but when I oc the memory core games crash or show strange graphical glitches but benchmarks(unigine heaven,3D mark vantage ens.) are running all the way. Also i'm stuck oc'ing with amd overdrive because msi afterburners and sapphire trixx immediately crashes my gpu. Also my max temp when stock or oc'ed is 57 degrees Celsius while stress testing with furMark and Kombustor so any idea what to do about this.
