Dear Forumites

Any help would be appreciated with the problem... The answer may be staring me right in the face but at this point I cannot find it...

I have to get data off an FTP site and have been given instructions on how to get there but I get stuck in the beginning...
The instructions are:
From a windows computer, please follow the following instructions to access the data:
Open up "My Computer" or "File explorer".
In the Address bar at the top type in ftp.csir.co.za and hit enter.
This takes you to the normal CSIR ftp site.
Then click "File" in the menu.
Then click "Login As".


I opened "My Computer", typed in the address and was taken to the ftp site. The "Click 'File'" part is what I don't get as I don't see anywhere to click on "File".

As I said, it could be staring me in the face but I just can't seem to get that line.
I have tried this with the web browser FF but there again if you click on "File" there is no place where it says "Login As"...

Try pressing "ALT+F" to get the file menu .

Or, alternatively, STFW for a decent FTP client; any alternative option will be orders of magnitude better than Windows Explorer.

Also FileZilla.
