Accessing raw access logs on server

I need to view our site's access logs. The entry I'm looking for could be up to a year ago.
Is there any way that I can view this? Our cPanel only has the last 100 entries, and that doesn't help me at all.
Our server is a CentOS VPS. Any help would be appreciated.
