40Mbps broadband pre-order from Telkom

Telkom has launched an online lead generation system (available here) offering broadband speeds of up to 40Mbps. Users are encouraged to complete a form with their preferences and will then be contacted “if a product is available”.

Give us all your contact details in exchange for a promise of some vapour-net system we have no intention of ever establishing.
I wonder what the T&C's are with this... Telkom looking to make extra cash by selling your details?

One problem here: you are assuming that they are not already doing this ...
Edit: Also is this not just a nicer way for marketing to say SPAM mail system

Telkom has now removed the 20 Mbps and 40 Mbps options from this page.
