This woman is clearly unstable.

Good for you. If you don't take some stand, she'll walk all over you. But like others have said, don't be too harsh, because when it comes to the courts they always favour the mother. And if she has one shred of evidence that you even raised your voice towards her they'll probably prevent you from seeing the kid.

I want to make a suggestion. Get an application on your phone which records all incoming/outgoing calls. That way you'll be able to have some evidence if she makes any false accusations against you. It might set you back a few rands (probably not more than R50), but I think it'll be worth it.

Also a voice recorder for face to face encounters.

Did you start playing Diablo 3? That might be the problem if thats it. Then again maybe she sees all that expensive and awesome hardware you get to play with but she doesn't get that kind of attention ect.

But in all seriousness. I'd still say get a paternaty check and if it is get a court order for you to see the child if you pay upkeep.
