MW3 MatchMaking Issues

Is anyone been having trouble with the matchmaking since the 1.7 update, the chaces of finding a loval match is near impossible. When searching I usuall got 40+ potensial games on tdm now it is only 6

mm generally is a fail in MW3,
, and i tend to lag, dunno why
BF3 servers is way more stable, and i experience no lag or delay on them
