Best Budget Router

I haven't posted on this forum for a very very long time, back in 2010 I think. I require a router that is the best bang for buck. I searched on the net and came upon zaps online http://www.zapsonline.com/512-routers-net . The thing is the port fowarding should be simple and fast to get working and I don't require one with wifi, gaming and hosting dedicated servers. I appreciate any help in advance
