I saw a screen shot of the board index the somebody posted once(was a normal user too), and there was another forum under "classifieds" which I cannot see

You can now - you have more than 50 posts. It is the ad section where you can buy and sell PC components

No no, there was another forum underneath the classifieds section(not in it). I cant for the life of me remember where it was posted or who posted it....I just remember it being a normal user

If it was under the Classifieds and posted by a non team member then it must have been the beta testers section. There are a small number of members who have access to it, and when new forum features are implemented they get access to the new feature while it is in beta stage. It's a private section that only members of the beta testers can see.
