Well.....I had lunch with my family at Mugg and Bean yesterday, then went back to my mother's house with them for the rest of the afternoon. Things were, as I had expected, quite subdued.

My mother was her usual chatty self, and was delighted to get her laptop and router back.

My poor brother has been under a lot of strain, working ridiculous hours, and having to travel out of town quite regularly.

He hasn't returned the R1000. I think it is best if I don't press the issue.
