File Auditing Software?

Hello All,
So a quick question to all the sys admins out there, what file server auditing programs do you use? For tasks such as who deleted what file, who has access to what file & folders, old files and the biggest folders on the network.
I am downloading ManageEngine ADAudit + as a trial but I would like to know what other programs you guys use? I would like free options (besides Windows Servers log files) but as hinted at payed for options are just as good.
