You're right. It's the software. Please upgrade to the latest version, and if that doesn't work then call Telkom and demand to speak to their software development manager.

The really sad thing is that some poor defenceless creature is going to ruin the rest of his/her life by succumbing to the brain-farts of your so-called intellect and charm. And what's even worse.....you will actually procreate and instill these same "values" on your off-spring. Perpetuation of the Preposterous. If ever there was a time for a miracle...it is now!!
