Assistance with CD cover

Hi all,
I'm somewhat of a bedroom DJ, making my own mixes and podcasts for some years now.
I've just completed a bit of a free-time project where I've mixed and mastered my own amateur album and now want to just tart it up slightly by adding a simple CD cover, however, the ones in Nero Cover Designer are just awful and all the nice ones are in vector format on Shutterstock which I can't access.
Is there somebody willing to take like half-an-hour to knock together something simple for me to use? I was thinking something along these lines (bearing in mind that this is a "Trance" album):
I really have no idea how long it takes or how much effort is needed to put something like this together but any help would be appreciated,
