No, no Durbanites here, I'm afraid. Most local guys are from East London and Mossel Bay. rustypup is from Serbia. Tribble is Jamaican.

Anakha56 is a Durbanite, and I hear he is also quite enthusiastic about meeting young men like you and jelly for all sorts of games.

The meetups only tend to occur when the ex-Durbanites (and current Capetonians) visit. ;)

Um, you might want to rethink that comment. jee is a KZNer and quite willing to play other games with strapping young men. If she invites you over to play Paintbrushes and Carpets, please don't agree too hastily.

I noticed the frag lan is a durban event,so I went to their site and its really outdated! But they hold the lan right here in Pinetown where I live. I'd love to attend it sometime, that way I could meet a lot of the computer community. You Gauteng guys are really lucky! Everything is up there! Expos, concerts, computer suppliers. Jelly and I have to budget the cost of shipping our parts! I'm paying R190 to get my case shipped down here! And in september jelly and I are going on a roadtrip up to jhb for the rAge expo!

Well yes everything is up here but that is because there is nothing else to do here, you guys can go to the beach, mountains...... all we can do is sit in traffic, stand in along line, get robed and breath in the toxic air.

Rage is cool though, will definitely be going this year. probably only to the expo though

Well let us know when you will be at rAge and we can set something up. Kids and I go on the Sunday and spend the whole day there. By the end I can no longer walk. We have tons of fun. Could do the Sat this year though. Let us know and we will start a thread. I know that DJV generally does his modding thing there - and some of the others work there. Many go and lan. I am sure you could meet lots of the guys.

Were you there on Sunday last year, I was there on the Sunday as well. We should have a PCF meet this year at Rage
