I must say, if I was warned that marriage would result in the title Baron Carrickfergus I might have chosen to to get married after all.

@Siemens: who cares if they don't browse this forum....it's an event that will go down in the history books and therefore people are going to be talking about it..... just like all the other non computer related threads on this forum.... so what! you don't have to comment on everything....

@Kalster: they are royalty and he is "next" in line to the throne... not many of us don't understand but then we won't ever be in that position.... tho to any girl her wedding day will make her feel like a princess... :)

On the 18:00 news on SABC today they showed highlights of the royal wedding then some footage of a local wedding that took place today. They interviewed the bride and groom afterwards, who "wanted to say to the royal couple that we're so thankful to share this day with you."

Because the royal couple were going to watch he news on SABC 3 tonight.

Technically, Prince Charles is next. But I think Queen Elizabeth is immortal.

Nice wedding!!!
Kate looked nice in that dress and her husband was pretty cool too...
You could see the facial expressions of nervousness all over Kate's face, not to mention her father and mother

The only reason why you would want to congratulate someone without them knowing is because you want the rest of us to acknowledge that you know about this event. Reason for this is you actually have a choice to say it in private to the nothingness around you "Congrats guyz" or you can do it in public. Only difference is people will see/hear you say it. Thus you only do it so that others hear you say it.

I am happy for them. I just won't congratulate them unless I actually meet them.

A surprising amount of modern pseudoscience is coming out of the environmental sector. Perhaps it should not be so surprising given that environmentalism is political rather than scientific.

bwhahahahhaha Dooh Darlin.
Fact - we all sit glued to the televisions and News 24 when a Tsunami demolish a country, when airplanes skydive into buildings, when nuclear reactors melt down. Why can we not, for once, accept something delightful and filled with beauty? No, i did not like her dress - (the top was not too shabby) and think her sister looked stunning. No, we saw the kiss on the Innerwebs because I could not be bothered to watch it all. Yes I loved watching the people go into the church, chortling at the hats. Yes, congratulations to them, not because I watched (i mean, any person that keeps up with what is happening in the world would have known about the wedding) but because every good thought that you put out into the ether will come back to you :D

oh... and there is a new meme :D yeah little girls has little eardrums :D
"Integrity" and "integer" both contain a Latin root meaning "whole; complete." The root sense, then, is that people may be said to be acting with integrity when their beliefs, words, and actions have a sense of unity or wholeness.
