Dragonball Z...

I recently downloaded Dragonball Z Mugen Edition 2. Whenever I attempt to run the game, a command box pops up and then an error also pops up saying: "This system does not support fullscreen mode. Choose 'Close' to terminate the application." I then have 2 options: 'Close' or 'Ignore'.

I tried 'Ignore' and then it says "The NTVDM CPU has encountered an illegal instruction. CS:0000 IP:0075 OP:f0 00 f0 37 05 Choose 'Close' to terminate the application.

What does this mean? Is this even legal or not? What am I supposed to do?

PLEASE HELP!!!

Yes Mugen is legal. It's fan made open source. The only thing that might be illegal is the use of DragonBallZ characters. However Japan doesn't care since it boosts sales. They welcome fan made stuff.

A quick google tells me the game was designed for Windows XP or earlier...

Try compatibility mode?

Tried XP service pack 2 and 3 - still no result.
The command window comes and goes and then there's nothing.
