Wordpress / web guru needed

Hi peeps !
I have recently started a site which contains megamixes from various artists.
My dilemma is as follows, my files are contained in /uploads , so you can go to http://www.mysite.com/uploads, and view the contents from there (which I dont want)
HOWEVER, what I would like to be able to do, is when they are logged in (and registered) they should be able to click the mp3 /video etc and let it stream in their browser.
I have found WordPress to be excellent, so want to keep it :), and set up 'registration only' type error pages which work ..
Any ideas ?

I know you don't want to hear this, but I feel the joomla cms would be a much better system for the type of thing you want to do.

I'm not sure why you need a WP guru for this. By default, simply posting a link should just stream the file. That's what happens to me, at least. Could that be browser related?

The .htaccess redirect actually sorted the issue.. reason I needed a WP guru, was that I have become stubborn in my ways.. have not found a easier solution than WP in a Looong time..
Problem was not the streaming, but rather the public access to my /uploads folder so instead of viewing the www they just went to the download dir.

Anyway, issue sorted :P tx Google
