Which external stand alone TV Tuner?

I'm in the process of wall mounting a Full HD LCD monitor and I'd like to watch some TV when not PC'ing or XBox'ing.
There is an antennae point quite close which is connected to the DSTV decoder in the living room.
What standalone external TV tuner would you suggest.
