So what does everybody drink?

Post by Prime »

Got a li'l Captain in you? Do you prefer keeping it real? Would you rather keep on walking? Do you take it shaken or stirred?

What are your favourite drinks?

Depends on my mood and bank account :).

My normal drink of choice is Captain Morgan Black Jamaican Rum & Coke. Or if I have a few extra lying around Bacardi Clear & Coke.

If its cheap stuff then beer...

RRRUMMMMBUNCTIOUS!!
Single Stroh rum on a tall (or is that long) glass with lots of ice and Coke. (Rum & raisin, anyone??)
I'm also a huge fan of Captain Morgan dark rum.
When it comes to beer, Amstel draught of something not found in S.A. - Palm amber bier.
I also like Smirnoff (Triple distilled or Black)
And a good red wine is always welcome.

Whiskey and water. No barby.

Been partial to Johnny Black since getting to Oz, but alcohol is damn expensive here, like 3 times what it is in SA

Reds or Hunters.
My bar fridge in my computer room is always stocked.

When out, I like a Richelieu and coke. But not too many.
Starting to dislike heavier booze.

And no more beers thank you.

And when working there is only one drink....coke!

Jameson when it comes to spirits, especially the 18yo which is the smoothest whiskey I've ever had. When it comes to beer I love Weissbier, which is expensive in SA, but I usually go for Paulaner or Erdinger, or Steph Weiss which is made locally here in Cape Town by &Union. Also love Corona on hot days.

Mainly Coke Zero, when it comes to beer, I like Black Label.
I do enjoy a single malt Scotch with a bit of ice. :)
Another favourite is Bushmills Irish whiskey.
