How would you know if a girl is into you ???

This might seem like a stupid question but lately I have been noticing some crazy signals from the ladies. In all fairness I would say the Afrikaans girls in Pretoria are way less stuck up and Bi%*" than the girls in Sandton so this might also be part of the reason. The other day my one friend told me that something like 70-80 % of guys misinterpret signals of politeness with attraction. In clubs it is also difficult to tell as well girls are often drunk and often to touchy. Some girls just flirt for the sake of it.

So I have seen this one girl I like a few times on Campus and at clubs etc. and sometimes she is super friendly and flirty and other times she is just well a bi^%*, now I don't know if she is bi-polar or just playing hard to get.

Is there a way to actually tell the difference between a girl who is into you, a polite girl and well a girl that just flirts for the heck of it???

Yeah. If a girl is into you, she'll make it known, and she'll make it known WELL. There's a friend of mine who's generally just a flirt, and that leads a LOT of guys into the wrong idea. I think she just likes the attention.

I am not sure this will ever get easy. Guys never figured out when I liked them and I was unable to read when they liked me. Perhaps we were all too subtle. Missed great opportunities .....

The only way to really tell (according to me) is to get the girl on her own somehow. That is when fake flirting will stop - she will not be showing off for her friends - and you can get to know the real her. If you have trouble getting her on her own - she may not be as into you as you thought - or she is really shy.

OK well one final question, say you made a relatively huge mistake which might have slightly injured the person and their ego, and you repeatedly say your sorry and they say it's fine but you can see it isn't. What can one do about this if you and the other person haven't talked or seen each other for about 6 weeks?

these things are easily said, and not so easily done. It is true however, the only way you are going to get anywhere is actually just do it so the popular saying is going 'act on it'

Lol. If she says things are fine and you can see they aren't - then she needs time. She doesn't need constant apologies. Either give her the time she needs or do something that will really show her how sorry you are. I mean go over the top. You have seen it in the movies - the guy rocks up at her house with some musicians, flowers, etc. I had a guy come and sing to me at midnight - with his guitar. At least he could sing Yes - it is a cliché - but for some reason that does get through a woman's defences. She lets her guard down and then if you ever stood a chance, you are in. Of course - if this doesn't work then my advice would be to set your sights on someone more attainable. There are so many really nice ladies out there. I've been in relationships where she has felt "obliged" to go out with me because she can see I really like her so she does the right thing and gives it a try. These NEVER work out. If she doesn't feel the same about you as you do about her, move on to the next one.
