I was not trying to squash your fragile little ego - I was merely interested in your allusion. (Wonder if that is the correct word?)

And I am not shortsighted - I see very clearly. And you will never understand the benefits that go with being short :angel7:

This would be an epic drive if I were to decide to come along - Google Maps tells me that from my flat to wizard's klein dorpie is 1,007 km, and would take me 13 hours to drive (excluding stops) if I were to stick to the speed limits (which I always do). It's a bit too much for me to do on my own in one day.

(I am planning a drive to Durban in July 2011, but I would be stopping overnight in either Colesberg or Port Elizabeth (depending on whether I choose the inland or coastal route), and I may have Little Annoying Sister to share the driving with on that one.)

Sigh fly up.Not sure on the arrangements yet but I will have to fetch kitten depending on if jee is coming or not, so might as well fetch you as well.

Depending on who I would have to fetch there would be space then for at least 2 more people....

+1

And if I come I'll probably travel via Bloem. So there'll be space for one of two in the Chateau de Move-On...

A surprising amount of modern pseudoscience is coming out of the environmental sector. Perhaps it should not be so surprising given that environmentalism is political rather than scientific.

The more the merrier. Will take some pics of the accommodation over the weekend.

I think some people would need some assurance that it's not little metal shacks deserted next to a highway or some thing.

Well as promised some pics of the living accommodation and to prove we are not a one horse town but a 3 horse town !

The mountain in the background is the elands berg another awesome spot to look down onto the valley. In winter you can clearly see the snow on it, usually if you do, it means your water pipes will be frozen till 12 am !

As you can see it is still very dry this time of year but when the rain comes that dam usually pushes up another 30 or so meters...

I think only the 4 toilets are communal, is that a problem, I presume it doesn't fit in well with your
peeping tammy grand scheme of things
