Hi Guys

Is there a way to limit download speeds to different IP Addresses for example.

192.168.0.1 will download at 100kb/s
192.168.0.2 will download at 200kb's


Has anyone used IP Cop and can this be done?

what router are you using can it rate limit? policy based routing?
