Email Aliases with Postfix

Can anyone here tell me how to create a mailbox on postfix so that mail to a certain user (user) will send to user@example.com even though the server is set up to be 3bm.co.za. We own the domain and the domain is hosted on 3bm.co.za, I just need a mailbox for 1 user on it.
