Money for nothing
Space tourist, Ultima creator and former NCsoft employee Richard Garriott has won his case against the games developer, to the tune of $28 million (R206 million in our currency). NCSoft - dismissing? Unlikely.

Garriott failed on his recent MMO developments , and missed what Ultima was made of, or at least forgotten why Ultima was a success.

Leaving NCSoft as well as a show of a recent failed MMO that failed to attract enough attention to remain premium - is clearly a sign that any loss is brought upon himself.

I personally think he is looking for a reason to blame someone.
