That depends. Lets say taxi drivers represent speed and we ordinary citizens of SA represent the speed limit. Look at how these taxi drivers drive. They do speed and they mostly nearly cause accidents every single day. How often do you hear about an average aged man driving at 60 that caused a major accident which led to a person or persons dying? It is mostly taxis that end up in accidents.

That could work. I wouldn't blow them up. I would shoot their tyres with a Desert eagle and wait for them to stop. Then I would pull up, walk up to the driver kick him where it hurts (it must be a guy for this to work) and then burn them with a flamethrower!!!
