Data tab > Click from other sources > click From SQL server and follow the instructions?

Never did it at all. So I have no idea how to do it in 2003 and 2007...
@ doo I dont have a SQL option, looks like I am going to have to use a ODBC link...

An I am sooo wrong... That's in 2007.
2010 is going the .net route and works with connections apparently.

You are on the right track. Use the External Data ribbon and ODBC Database. Link to your tables that way

Yeah I have done that, now to somehow organize and sort to input the new data...

You can create forms automatically - use the Create form or form wizard options. I like the autoforms because if you have set up the relationships correctly - then it automatically adds the subforms for you

Dont think I will need forms just yet
. I will be playing around with it on night shift, just waiting for the part info to be given to me...
