Research done by the Japanese Computer Entertainment Suppliers Association (CESA) regarding piracy on the Nintendo DS and Sony PSP platforms has given a cost estimate of over $41 billion over five years. That is R 317 billion in South African terms, roughly R 63.4 billion a year
