So Tribz is visiting us next month (July) so I thought it would be best of we had a mini meet-up before hand to discuss the best way to um make Trouble, I mean Tribble, to feel at home.

So what say you lot?

Pavillion, Gateway, Toti Mall place (cant remember name), or Kloof? What day would best suit everyone?

As long as we have it on the night of the 31st May. I can be there then. Not sure which hotel I will be at but I am in Durban for the night. Not sure whether I will have a car or not so might need someone to offer me a ride

jee - will you be free that night? Not sure I will have a car so I could not ask you if I could stay with you. But still on for July so far. And I will be down with the family later in June. Will let you know of the dates.

We cannot have the meet with Tribz around, she has to be absent then . 31st I am night shift so I wont be there.

What a pity. Guess Ronny gets Tribble for himself then - unless anyone else is keen to join us.

I did nothing to deserve this - I merely stated my dislike of the colour pink. At least that has not happened. You would have hordes of users avoiding threads because they could see that Tribble had posted there. That would not be good for a forum that is dependent on posts. Rather make me less noticeable - then I would have less of a detrimental effect on this forum

Tribble will be in town (Durban) for the night of the 31st May. Ronny has agreed to meet with me. Anyone else interested? I will find out next week where I am staying and whether or not I will have a car. A car does mean that I will behave myself though - I do not drive drunk. So - that is possibly a good thing

Anakha cannot make it - so I will use this opportunity to tell you what I have planned for him and will really be interested in your ideas. I would also like Pam's input but will get that after we have chatted.

Plan to have fun - and don't worry about work the next day - I have to work too. So we will all suffer equally

If we make Tribble pink + a avvie of a hot 20 year old with her title "This is me! PM me! I r desperate!!!" and the post count should treble dont you think?

I like jee's idea of go-karting and paintball in PMB, who else thinks thats a good idea? Really like the paintball part. I am unavailable on the 12th but any other weekend should do me just fine .

Lots of people will be asking why are you not responding to their pm's. Maybe we should create a thread, "Win a date with Tribble! Tribble your way in by posting here!" that could work hmmm....

Throwing my two cents in here... for the 31st (a Monday night), I've tentatively suggested Frankie Bananaz in Hillcrest (the Heritage Centre if you want to know exactly where), if only to take advantage of their Monday night "Burger & Beer" special. It's not cast in stone yet; depends where Tribble is staying and how she'll be able to get around the place.

I shall let you know soonest.
