Funny button is funny, but I have a feeling that its only available if you view the videos with HTML5 enabled.

This world cup has turned out like WW2... The French surrendered early, Italy are in trouble, the Swiss are too defensive, the US arrived last minute and the English are left to fight the Germans!

I actually really like the US team, I'm glad they went through, especially since they were denied a goal from a previous game...

well that was exciting

IMHO that cowardly freak Quagliariella did not deserve to score that goal he did - Howard Webb should have sent him off for the cowardly attack he made on the Slovakian goalkeeper after italy scored their first goal - and he did really deserve the punch in the face he got from the other slovakian player

Marcello Lippi cant complain here - his politics messed it up ie the people he stubbornly refused to bring in his squad (mainly antonia cassano) and to be honest it was his fault that they were disgraced by this early exit

IMHO it was a just result because the italians were a touch too complacent

did anyone else notice that Lippi also did not shake hands with his opposition manager - he is also a piggish coward even worse than Raymond Domenech

Ha Ha yeah! Suddenly we aren't in such bad company, heh? Props to Slovakia!

Edit: I was stuck at work and didn't actually see the game. Will definitely check the Highlights out tonight though.

I heard this one Italian guy pulled a huge fake-out in the Slovakian goal area? :x

Yeah, insane. There've been so many straight reds in this Cup, and when a player finally deserves one he gets away with a yellow!

Italy's second goal was pure class though.

Anyone else wanna join me in calling Sasha Martenengo's show tomorrow, and saying my reason to feel good is cos Italy got kicked out the world cup?
