But it proves intention by your own admission. If you can prove intention, you can prosecute.

Why does this sound similar to Minority Report...
JUSTICE, n A commodity which is a more or less adulterated condition the State sells to the citizen as a reward for his allegiance, taxes and personal service.

++ and unless this crime has taken place, i fail to see why we are now discussing whether or not the journalists flogging this tripe should be called to task over... what, exactly?... interviewing a member of our society who makes his living through criminal activities?...

have we had a glance at the statistics lately?... if they had to lock up everyone who *may* commit a crime at some unspecified point in the future, we'd all be in aussie ....

I'm not calling for the press to be grilled, merely for the criminal to be sorted out.

i'm not defending the SOB, but we have to ask the obvious... "sorted out" for what, precisely?... making inflammatory statements?... arrest parliament!.. placing us in a bad light? arrest every motorist out there!... being a pond-scum sucking vacuum of humanity? where's malema?...

frankly, our buddy cele should be taken to task for his statements... they're borderline fascist even under the best of circumstances...
