Hi I have 2 PC's with the same issue.

If you double click on My Computer nothing happens if you do it a few more times

and start messing around by trying to run msconfig regedit ect.

after a while everything comes back alive and everything you clicked on pops up.

Its like it pauses everything related to explorer does the same when you browse.

Symantec Endpoint (Updated) is not finding anything, and i cant see any weird processes in the taskmanger.
Or in the registry or msconfig.

Go to Task Manager for me.
End the Explorer process..
Then click File type Explorer - Press Enter.
If the system starts becoming responsive you have a virus attached to your shellexecute commands in the registry.
can you install hijackthis, and post the logs here ?
