I don't want to start a new thread and I also need to get a another car. So.....

I had a Polo Classic 1.6 Comfortline. It kind of fell on its roof while I was in it. No one else was in it or otherwise involved, so all ok in that department.

So no more VW's.

I have a budget limit of R150k and can buy anything in that range I like. I need a largeish car with a boot cause I have a toddler with toys and planning on number 2

So I have seen Honda Civics for R145k which seems to be the car of choice, but I don't want to look at just that, there has to be something else that is decent, reliable and doesn't cost the earth to service.

What would you suggest?

You forgot the F. Fugly.

I assume you want something in motorplan?

What about a second hand BWM or Audi? They have good motorplans.
My bro is a car dealer - PM me if you want me to put him in touch with you.

Hope you're ok after the roll.

Ja I'm ok. Just a bruised shoulder from the safety belt.

Camry hell no.
BMW is just too expensive for services
I saw some A3's for under R150k but they had high km's so that is a no-no.
It seems the Civic will be the best buy then.

Thanks guys.

Actually of all my cars my BMW was the most reasonable when it came to service costs... VW and Audi is freakin' expensive from the dealers.

Civic is a great buy though.
