Editing the Population Limit of Age of Empires I - Rise of R

I am very happy to say, that I have come into contact of the author of AOE RoR's population limit changer, and he is busy helping me resolve the issue with my Ubisoft Age of Empires Rise of Rome Collector's Edition DVD. I will post here if we successfully edit the pop limit of the Ubisoft AoE RoR edition.
