Who's your scariest game character(s)

I don't know if there is a thread about this, if so lock/delete this thread.
1- Alma (she takes the cake in creepiness)
2- The demon from Phantasmagoria (just evil looking, especially when the painting is complete in chapter 6/7, it was **** scary at the time)
3- The berserker from Gears of War (made me scream like a little girl when it started chasing me)
Those are the scariest I've seen/met (from which I can remember)... Which character has scared you the most, in your gaming experience?

That regenerating dood in Dead Space gave me a good fright a couple of times.

little girl in FEAR. tops the charts at the being the scariest character ever. I wasted many a clip on shooting her shadow

Looks like the girl from fear (Alma) has affected a lot of people in their (gaming) lives.

The skeletons (or haunts, by their official names) from Thief 1.
The laughter they emit when looking for you is somewhat unnerving.

the mutants and shodan from SS/SS2 without a doubt...
bioshock was a lame duck by comparison and that little brat in fear was far more comical than scary... (not to mention boringly predictable in appearance...)
and yes, the skellies from thief are worthy of mention...
not forgetting the first bloodsucker encounter in stalker...

I don't dream about men in girly dresses... You might enjoy it... vampires tend to look like little girls with all the clothes on
Creepy, but the smoker is even worse... that tongue grabbing you when you least expect it... but the scariest is the brute in left 4 dead. It just won't die

Since we have a plural going here...
The Zombie horde + tank, hunter and smoker all in survival in L4D
.
Characters that have given me the willies well I try not to play games that do that to me +1 to the Splicer in Bioshock. Face huggers in AVP2 especially when playing multi player and you keep getting the idjit doing a taunt then lunge
. Alma was so so. There are a few others just cant remember them right now...
