I think in July, after everyone has finished exams, would be the best idea.
I think I might make the trip up again - I'm OK with any weekend, except the weekend of July 18th (I have a wedding to attend that weekend).
Also, we should include the Pretoria guys on this one - I haven't seen people like DAE_JA_VOO/WiK1d/capanno for almost 2 years now.
