March sounds good. I say we hit a sushi bar.

Re: PCF PTA Meet 2009
I'd say anytime after April 1st, because I arrive back in PTA then for 3 weeks and would love to finally meet all you guys... Sushi bar idea FTW!

CTFM in Menlyn is always good. Very central and they have a variety of other food for non sushi eaters...

Re: PCF PTA Meet 2009
April 4th would be perfect. My vote would be for lunch time because I have something on that day at 5 pm.

I think that is great. Not keen on their food - but will not necessarily eat. Far too salty.

Re: PCF PTA Meet 2009
Yeah - but their veggie food is salty Why do you guys love sushi so much?
Re: PCF PTA Meet 2009
Damnit I can't make the 4th of April. My Aunt is getting married that day and its my daughters b-day on the 5th. Seems I won't be joining you then
Re: PCF PTA Meet 2009
Most veggie yuckie food is salty. Have a look at the sodium levels in most vegetarian food, like the meat substitutes...Tribble wrote:Yeah - but their veggie food is salty Why do you guys love sushi so much?
Sushi is tasty and healthy. That's why I like it anyway. I never much liked the idea, but once you get started it's very addictive. CTFM calamari is very good though, hmmmm, decisions decisions...

Re: PCF PTA Meet 2009
Dude, have you had their salmon roses? I've told my mum (i still live at home) that all i want for my next birthday is to have salmon roses in front of me when i wake up. Not just 3 though -enough to eat until i can't anymoreryanrich wrote:CTFM calamari is very good though, hmmmm, decisions decisions...

Re: PCF PTA Meet 2009
Hmmm come to think of it that's one of the only places I haven't had salmon roses. Only had sashimi and california rolls there. This shall soon change though...
Really looking forward to this now!

Ryan, that's it. You WILL have salmon roses there on the meet. They're SO good there dude... SO good. Being a sushi lover like myself, you should love the salmon roses at CTFM

Yes, I remember that - I believe Tribble and I misbehaved, as is usually the case when we meet up.DAE_JA_VOO wrote:When the durbs guys came up to PTA we had a meet at CTFM, all went well

I agree with that sentiment. But then I plan never to find out either, while you will probably become addicted like they are.RuadRauFlessa wrote:What is so nice about raw fish
