I am with papercut on this one. And it is a lot more than 30% similar. I wonder if they know, or if the designer just slipped it in there on a bad day.

it's intentional.
it attempts to piggyback the obama brand,
as any good designer knows, impressions are created subconsciously through imagery, thus people tie the two together without them even realising it.

Oooh interesting nekro. As you know - there no longer is a design that is completely unique. Everything is based or similar to something else.
