Hi

I have been reading (and subscribed) to PCF from 2003, when Tamsin was still the editor(the best the mag's ever seen) and never, not once was the January mag(which was always the Special Edition) part of my sub.

I was away on vacation untill yesterday and bought myself a PCF off of the shelf(while I was away). I was shocked to discover I also received the mag in the post!

Can someone please explain to me why this wasn't even mentioned in the mag? So I wasted R40, and now I have 2 Jan issues...

Im guessing here, but they probably have changed the subscription to include all 12 months.

Btw, back to the actual problem... I am going to phone Panorama and try to get an extra issue onto my current subscribtion or some kind of a refund.

I phoned them, and got it sorted.

Really good service! I told them my problem and an extra issue has now been added to my subscribtion - I don't even need to send them the extra mag or anything!

Btw, for anyone reading this that is not honest - IF YOU USE THIS AS A WAY TO GET YOURSELF A FREE PCF ISSUE IT WILL BE ON YOUR CONSCIENCE!

lol, storm in a teacup. Glad you are sorted and sorry that you were not aware, I wasn't really sure how to let people know. I will be honest, we were kinda hoping for a different reaction as the reasoning behind January's inclusion was that we did a full issue and not the usual copypasta special edition which just about killed us

I have subscribed and was wondering if the Jan 2011 issue will be included in my subscription.

The reason why i asked was because in the OP the mag was delivered in Jan also.
