Different type's of steriods. That's another option, you can use Winstrol to lean up.
It's okay hey, I don't believe in roids and will rather go the natural/supplement route.

I dont recommend anyone using any steriod as a quick solution to bodybuilding.

It not simply take it and grow.. There are alot of side effect and way to combat the side effects.

If you decide to use it research the compounds and the effects .

If ya dont you going to have a big surprise.

Dont bother using if you under 21 and have not been training proper (4 5 times a week) for at least 1.5 years or so.

I got some Winstrol at home. I forgot I have used that..

Dbol and winnie...Never heard of that combo...( I am scared of Dbol - angry tabs)

I don't use steroids myself but my 2 best friends use it. The one uses deca, sus and dbol and the other one just dbol. Neither of them are aggresive. It's all in the mind. Numerous test have shown that all the crap people talk about gear is untrue. Sure if you use gear like protein shakes then you will have trouble, but that's why you don't use it for longer than 3 months. I don't use it cause it's expensive, if i could afford it i would probably use dbol.

acid, i agree with you when you say you shouldn't use gear as a quick solutions. people don't realise that you actually have to train harder when you use gear than usual, and this is where people make the mistake of abuse. they would use the recommend dosage and not see results, then they increase the dosage themselves... BIG mistake..

MY prob is I got a serious bad temper naturally..A month after I finish the gear I get more agro.
And often people run into my hand... strange really.

I found gear is cheaper that suppliments.. the amount some people spend.. 400 here 500 there.. There you go you have 3 months supply of gear and get 10 times the results if not more..

I get my stuff at a steel!

After you use gear you should use an anti-estrogen. it will keep your test levels high.

Ja, I can get cheap stuff, but you don't really want to use any brand you get your hands on.

MS Ripped Hardcore??

If so I could'nt really take the recommend dosage per day (3 caps 3 times a day)

I did for the first week.. It was too much didn't feel well and felt like I was gonna faint.
(not to mention not sleeping, dont take after 5pm I reckon)

I ended up only taking 2 caps once a day. So it didn't do much..

If you train in the morning using the correct dosage with some cardio ,should work well..

But I saw no improvement after finishing it.

You guys with protein shakes/ mass gainers - are you drinking it with milk or water?

And how big is the difference?

Water. The mass builders come enhanced with whey and casein (milk) protein so to mix it with milk is like trying to drink a melted ice-cream which isn't great.

The function of whey protein delivery in water is fast absorption. Combining it with casein in the form of milk kinda defeats the object.

Ripped is (I think) your standard ECA stack just labelled as having different ingredients. The combination of ephedrine, caffeine and aspirin, even as derivatives (eg. gurana, willowbark) is the same thing.

I can't use any of the fat burners, they make me agro and twitchy/heart palpitations.

Ephedrine, caffeine and aspirin are all good fat burners.

They will only work well if you stick to a good diet.

No point taking fat burners if you eating like a yank.

QFT

Just read journal paper that showed heart valve damage after using an ECA stack for longer than 6 months, eina.

Jonboy's answer is pretty much spot on, but I have seen brands that say mixing your shake with milk will give you a higher protein value than if you were to mix it with water.

thats a bit obvious dont you think ?

The benefit of drinking it with milk is this. :

Milk protein contains different amino acids that whey protein supps. Thus drinking it with milk gives your body most of the aminos it needs to feed your broken muscles.

My Opinion.
If your body has enough protein to aid muscle growth and your taking in just enough carbs to keep your body moving you will build muscle quickly. The only other products I feel are worth it is creatine and multivitamins. NO ROIDS REQUIRED .

Should use them longer that 8 weeks or so . Then normally a 3 or 4 week break before you start again..

I know countless people that buy supplements and dont bother reading the label on how to take them..

Protein is ultimately protein, the major difference between whey and casein being that casein digests and delivers slowly, so even if you're ingesting say 50g of casein, your muscles may only absorb a quarter of that, whilst whey protein delivers quickly and generally all gets absorbed, especially right after training and right before bed time (which is also a good time to take in casein as your muscles build while you sleep). They say you need on average 2g of protein per pound of body weight, so inversely, double your weight in grams. That's a lot of protein, although Patrick Holford disagrees.

I rather use glutamine than creatine. Whether ethyl ester or not, creatine buildup in your liver over prolonged periods isn't good for you and I find that glutamine functions just as well for recovery.

Just my two cents.

Jonboy,

I mostly agree with what you said , but protein is not just protein.

Bee and snake venoms are proteins to , do you take those to build muscle ? No the amino make-up of proteins differ in structure and actual variation. Milk proteins contain amino acids that whey does not and also the other way around.
