Bodybuilding diets of most varieties become so repetitious after a while. I'm just trying to shed some excess stomach fat so I've been eating home-made lean chicken salads a lot and man I'm getting tired of them!

You get use to it..

I have been eating grilled chicken breast , green bean , sweet potatoe and brown rice (not including the 4 -8 eggs a day) for the past 3-4 years...

Funny thing is , I dont like eating anything else now..

My shopping list is pretty easy hey!

Ok, I'm trying to develop more lean muscle, I have the mass already. I started training at 88kgs, down to 82kgs and hoping to cap off at no less than 75kg (am 6"2', don't want to get skinny).

It's a catch 22 though, I do 10mins of warmup cardio before strength training and 10mins at the end, now I read that the cardio might hinder muscle growth, but I still need to burn some fat. Drink a whey shake right after.

Where do you get time to make chicken 3 times a day.

Mornings I have my meal replacement with Flaxseed oil and three egg whites.

10am I have like 3 brown bread sandwiches ,

12pm tuna with 2min noodels

3 pm supplements ( Animal pak , BCAA's, clen,S-drol, half my No Explode.)4pm train

6pm Chicken breast , green beans , sweet potatoes

9pm meal replacement , 2 - 3 eggs

(not counting the snacks in between)
(meal replacement = glutamine and all that inside as well)

I shoudl add more tuna and chicken in.. I have been stuck on 85kg for a year.

40 minutes later protein shake

3 hours after 1st lunch same meal but with some spinach or broccoli

I typically have muesli (Low-gi) and yoghurt for breakfast.

5pm - train + whey shake after
7pm - dinner (whatever's on the table, usually one carb, veg and meat).

I eat the nuts for the protein and essential fatty acids. If I took them out I'd have to start with flax seed oil. What else is that good for?

Biogen has a nice new muscle fuel out I might try, got glucosamine, 30g casein and 20g whey etc per serving. I just think it might be really thick!

I'll be honest with you, I have no problem with USN products. They had some issues a few years back, but I've noticed definite improvements using their stuff. I also use them because they're more affordable than EAS etc, would only consider those if bodybuilding was my trade. I also swear by the Biogen brand. USN whey is great.

Ok, cause i know for a fact that biogen is usn. how much do you pay for the whey?

From Springbok pharmacy I paid R289 for 2kgs of USN whey.

What do you mean Biogen is USN?

It's the same product, it's just marketed under a different label.

If you feel like a change, try HMT. I use the mega gainer at this stage and I will never use any other brand.

Different type's of steriods. That's another option, you can use Winstrol to lean up.
