As far i know stainless steel is not stainless as such just very very resistant to corrosion, Some motor bikes use stainless steel pipes for breakfluid.

I dont think it will affect it, But i know for a fact stainless steel exposed to breakfluid would be a messy job to paint or spray on.

Breakfluid is not currosive to steel.

While it will strip paint, and damage chrome finishes, and it is toxic to humans, the base metal itself will not be affected by it, since it's just a mixture of some some oils, ethers, and esters. Nothing corrosive.

Remember that your car's break system has lots of metal in it.

In fact i think metal covered by break fluid wont rust at all it would actually protect it.
