It seems that some would prefer to do this on a weekend. Fair Enough. Does anyone have a problem if we move it? Bear in Min that Stacey is also going overseas in a few weeks, for a few weeks

Ron can you set up a poll of two dates. monday 4 august and thew day urban suggests for a braai at his house. Urban would that be the 9th august?
