Play clip or sound at incorrect password

Is there a way to play a custom clip or sound when one types an incorrect password. I have figured out a way to get a custom text message in but a clip would be perfect.

If there is no default Windows sound for incorrect password I'm not sure.
Is there maybe a way of adding a Program event sound?
btw,my set-up has a sexy voice saying Oh No! every time I trigger a critical stop error.

a person i spoke to on deviantart suggested embeding a video onto the login screen would that work
