The keyword being "I". Now how could i be flawed in saying that i haven't seen him active, when i haven't seen him active?

Furthermore, i said PCF, SS, and Facebook, and if i'm not mistaken, he has not been active on any of those for a short while.

chances of you having to deal with an intersexed or transgendered person at some point is pretty-much a foregone conclusion. Probably you already have and didn't even know it

some estimates put the number of trans people out there at 1 in 500, with intersexed people possibly as numerous as 1 in 250.

I'd like for you to quantify these statements with some links.
Also give us your definition of transgendered and intersexed.

I take transgendered to be a person who is born with the wrong sex, and intersexed to be a person born with parts of both sexes.

Intersexed is pretty easy to spot, but how do you decide who is transgendered and who is just plain gay.
Surely not all people who are attracted to the same sex are transgendered. And not all transvestites feel they were born in the wrong body... is there some set of criteria for determining 'transgenderism'? Help a layman out.

And in case the news article didn't make it clear, numbers are growing.

According to the article more and more males from different species are being born with smaller penises and feminised genitals which sucks for them. And for scientists whose job it is to measure the penises of these animals.
I mean, how would you go about measuring a polar bears penis
Seriously, I wanna know. I'm pretty sure I can compete with one!

I just hope one day when one of you has a kid who turns out trans, or maybe a spouse who decides (s)he can no longer live a lie, or just a colleague at work that has gone through crap you can't dream of, that you have gained a bit of wisdom and understanding.

If/When that time comes I am sure I will deal with the situation appropriately.

A transgendered person is anybody whose gender identity (i.e. what gender that person perceives him/her/hirself to be), different from the biological sex assigned to him/her/hir at birth. That includes transsexual people, who regard themselves as the opposite gender from their birth, but also includes androgynes, who identify as neither male nor female, people who have an intersexed gender identity, neutrois, who identify as and actually medically transition to a neutral third gender. Some people also include crossdressers, regarding them as very mildly gender variant. Drag queens don't qualify, seeing as they are happily gay males parodying femininity for performance.

An intersexed person is anybody who deviates from standard male or female biology, where male is somebody with XY genotype and unambiguously male genitals and a female somebody with XX genotype and unambiguously female genitals. That includes people who have only a genetic intersex condition such as XXY or XO, AIS, where the person is genetically male (XY), but develops as a female, and the obvious, where a person is born with ambiguous genitalia. You could also actually make it broader even than that, since some people develop as male till puberty and then suddenly their bodies start spouting estrogen, or vice versa.

Pretty-much, you ask. The only way we have to figure out if somebody is trans or not at the moment is to autopsy the brain, specifically the hypothalamus. Obviously that kinda doesn't work on people who are still alive.

I'm not attracted to males, even though I'm male to female - I'm a lesbian. Gender is who you are. Sexuality is who you like. They are rooted in different structures in the hypothalamus, so being transgendered is not an extreme case of being gay. They are related, but distinct.

Not just those issues, though they are the most immediately obvious ones. Further down in the article you'll also find this paragraph:

Remember the big scare around Bisphenol A in plastic baby-bottles late last year? That was to do with this same stuff.
