This is useful and actually pretty ingenious if you think about it:

Memory Infinite

Image
Memory Infinite has a USB male connector at one end and a female connector at the other, providing an ?add up? concept for USB finger discs. By connecting one Memory Infinite with another to add up the storage capacity, the user won’t waste the old storage capacity when getting a larger one. The user can choose to combine or separate Memory Infinite, making the usage of USB finger discs more convenient. And when Memory Infinite connects to a computer using its male end, other USB devices still can connect to its female end without having to occupy another USB port on the computer.

Photos shouldn't be trapped in your camera. Set them free effortlessly and wirelessly. The Eye-Fi Card is a wireless SD memory card for your digital camera.

Image
Yes, there really is Wi-Fi inside that tiny little card. We think it’s going to change the way you take, save and share photos.

All Eye-Fi Cards come with everything needed to make it simple to set up and connect to your home Wi-Fi network. After that, pop the card into your digital camera and start capturing memories. It stores pictures like a regular SD card no matter where you are, and uploads automatically as soon as you return to your wireless network. All you have to do is turn the camera on

Always have a cold cup of coffee when finally getting at you desk? Here's the solution:

Image
Why is it that a really good cuppa always seems to cool at 10 times the normal rate when you're working at your computer, it's really very annoying. Well at last there's a suitably techie solution in the USB cup warmer. Simply plug this little gadget into your USB port, pop your cuppa on the hot plate, and it'll extend your drinking time by up to 30 minutes - bliss.

Features
USB-powered hot plate.
Temperature of hot drinks can be maintained at 40 degrees after an hour.
Includes DC to USB Cable.
Powered via USB from your PC or Mac.
Low voltage (5V).
No driver installation required.
Colours may vary.
Size when opened: 12 x 12 x 2cm.Cable length: 50cm.
This product is not a toy, keep out of reach of children.
This is an electrical item so don't get all splash happy near it.
The hot plate gets hot, obviously, so be careful not to burn yourself.
Cannot be used with plastic cups.

I'll help you out this once, THEN LEAVE MY THREAD ALONE! I think you misunderstood the title

You don't get a side-bar gadget just for internet. Only net up and down. This one is cool 'cos you can set limits and have warnings, see screenie ^ Also, the closest you'll get to your sidebar is this sits on your desktop, hell you could probably hide it behind your sidebar and set transparency or something. Anyway whatever, now if you have cool devices you may carry on posting.
